The celebration comes amid growing consumer interest in food and nutrition. According to the Sugar Association, real sugar remains a staple in both everyday and seasonal foods, from bread and jam to birthday cakes and holiday pies.” Read the full article here: https://www.snackandbakery.com/articles/114592-sugar-association-recognizes-real-sugar-day
